The Sky speaks in symbols, and Life translates them into experiences.
The story of the inner cradle...
Even without realizing it, every time a pain is too great, when a fear presents itself, as if paralyzing us, when a disappointment is pushed aside, or other painful contexts that we do not know or do not have the capacity to process and out of the need to be able to move forward through Life... a path is triggered, so to speak, a beaten trail, through which, unconsciously, we take that thing and place it as if into an invisible basket, but in such a way that it is no longer visible, thus arriving at the denial of its existence - this is our survival mechanism, a mechanism we all enact.
If at first it's easy, for many things fit into that basket, then we add a guilt, a helplessness, perhaps even a promise made to ourselves, a belief about who I am: that "I'm not enough", or "I must be strong", an "I don't deserve it"... and so, that basket keeps filling.
And what's more paradoxical is that not only with what we have lived, but also with the way we learned to view the world, in the family where we were born, in the stories we heard, in the fears we inherited without ever choosing them.
What's more complicated is that maybe some we didn't even put in the basket ourselves, yet, over time they came, one way or another, to live within us.
And thus, we carry that invisible basket with us, like an inner swing.
However, there are periods when life begins to rock that swing, and this period we are passing through is exactly such a moment, because on July 20, 2026, a story in the sky is completed that can move quite profoundly.
If at first this movement may seem almost imperceptible, as we progress, we may find that everything that seemed settled at the bottom of the basket begins to rise, as if the waters were being stirred, with all that could come up from: memories, emotions, reactions we can't explain, fears we thought had passed, pains we were convinced no longer touch us...
And all this not because new things would appear, but because things that were already there come to the surface. Exactly like after a storm, the water of a well is stirred and brings to the surface what stayed on the bottom for years.
Concretely, how can something like this happen?
Very simply, through certain contexts, situations, encounters, something that hurt us and is still very much alive can seem to revive.
Through an ignorance, no matter how small and even from someone insignificant in our Life, all that accumulated suffering can be awakened by this ignorance.
I mentioned ignorance, but it can be anything that is significant to each of us: that is called ignorance, rejection, judgment, abandonment, betrayal, the list can go on...
If, for example, there is in the background a wound of belonging, a situation may arise in which you are excluded; thus memory is activated and everything connected to it now finds its way to the surface.
That is precisely why it is very important that during this period we are aware of this impact and that it is very likely we will pour out everything that has been accumulated over time. However, keep in mind that the person who will trigger that process in us is only a messenger, and here lies the risk that we pour out everything we've accumulated onto that messenger.
And thus we may find ourselves uttering words whose origin we don't even know and, above all, onto whom this avalanche may be poured.
Quite sensitive moments can be created in relationships, regardless of their nature, whether intimate, personal, familial, professional, social...
This is the story of the sky for this period, which reaches its maximum intensity on July 20, 2026 - it is a rare configuration, formed by Pluto, Neptune, Uranus and Jupiter. As a pattern, it resembles a basket, even a swing :)
I spoke of a basket, for this phenomenon was studied by a renowned French astrologer named André Barbault, "the concentration of slow planets in a narrow sector of the zodiac",", which he called ",the planetary concentration index. He studied this astral phenomenon, even starting from a certain skepticism, which even attracted renowned researchers to his experiment.
These slow planets can produce a profound influence on the human psyche, over a longer period of time, depending on their speed of movement.
On the other hand, if we look at this astral configuration, formed by the alignment of those slow planets, we observe with amazement that we are currently at a mathematical alignment, I would say, when they are positioned at the 5th degree of a sign, exactly 60 degrees apart from each other, forming between them: 3 sextiles, 2 trines and 1 opposition (as if we were ready for the start: 3, 2, 1 - GO!)",, thus:
Pluto - 4°26' Aquarius - is the first to open the new cycle of transformations.
Neptune - 4°22' Aries - dissolves and imagines new patterns.
Uranus - 4°32' Gemini - produces the rupture, so innovation can take place.
Jupiter - 4°26' Leo - gives expansion and makes visible what has already been set in motion.
It's like a kind of "cvadriton" with the passing of the baton, where each has something to fulfill in this mission and not just any way: the placement of these planets at this moment is very suggestive, from the slowest - Pluto, to the fastest - Jupiter.
At the same time, between them, taken one by one, there are sextiles, then between Pluto and Uranus and Neptune and Jupiter, trines are formed, and to make everything complete, between Pluto - the one who initiates - and Jupiter - the one who finishes this work - an opposition is created, that red line.
On the other hand, if we look at the chart, we observe very easily that this written story of the Sky covers exactly half a circle, and the other part is free of the slow planets, finding there only Venus, the Moon and the South Node.
We thus observe a maximum concentration on one side of Life, while the other somewhat relaxes. This would be an indication that it's possible we will have a much greater intensity in certain areas of Life, in exchange for a lightness in the other part.
This can create the context such that when what is happening is too exhausting, we use the other part in two ways: either we retreat there and deny what we have noticed, resuming previous patterns, or... we use the free part to have moments of respite, in which we can withdraw and analyze the situation and return, to act in our favor.
And thus this very image helps us understand that not only does the sky form a swing, but somewhat our soul is in a swing that begins to move, bringing to the surface what already exists in the depths, bringing to light what was deposited there, sometimes for a very long time.
Is the free part of the chart an area of balance or an area of avoidance?
For some it may be balance, and for others it may become a refuge.
For example, if major changes occur in the area of relationships and profession, someone may say:
“I take refuge in hobbies.”
“I only take care of the house.”
“I work nonstop so I don't feel what is happening in my relationship.”
It's not the hobby or the work per se that is the problem, but "the function they fulfill" - I do this to cover something I can't, don't know how to, or don't want to... to solve, to heal, to release...
Looking more metaphorically, I would view this period thus: if half of the zodiac is occupied, and the other is free, perhaps they do not represent only "action versus avoidance", but it can also be "pressure versus response".
That is:
"the occupied half shows us where life comes toward us";
the free half shows us "how we choose to respond".
Because everything works along the axis to find its balance.
Life seems to speak to us on all channels at the same time and it can even feel overwhelming, because pressures or demands can arise from multiple directions simultaneously, which can exhaust us and make us feel as if we could not see the big picture clearly, focusing our attention on very specific areas of Life.
I would say that it is not very hard to understand that we are going through a period of change, however I would dare to call it a period in which the architecture of change becomes visible. As if, for a while, the inner mechanism of life were no longer hidden.
If normally we live changes without understanding very well where they come from and where they lead us, now we have the chance to see the whole process - as if someone were putting in front of us the operating manual of one's own Life.
Even if we speak of a manual, it cannot be the same for everyone, even if the configuration is collective.
The place where it settles is unique for each of us, for some it will illuminate relationships, for others profession, for others family, health, the meaning of life or the way they use their resources. Therefore, the same period can mean very different things even for two people.
From my perspective, precisely for that reason, it is useful to look at WHERE this energy concentrates in your chart and especially, what resources you already have to respond to it, thus, the question of this period is not "What is happening to me?" but "With what resources do I respond to what is happening to me?"
Precisely for this positioning of this configuration that seems to divide the zodiac into two halves: one in which life concentrates the pressure of transformation and the other in which we can discover the resources through which to succeed. For those very resources, when used consciously, will help us traverse this inevitable change, and if we can only transform those same resources into refuges, postponing what life is now inviting us, with such grace, to do.
Now, we return to the astral configuration :)
As a positioning, as I told you earlier, look how beautifully they are arranged, exactly in the order of their orbital speeds ,relative to the Earth, from the slowest to the fastest, for everything has its own cyclicity:
Pluto (~248 years)
Neptune (~165 years)
Uranus (~84 years)
Jupiter (~12 years)
This means that we don't have just a geometric alignment, but somehow a a hierarchy of levels of transformation.
In evolutionary astrology it is often said that:
Pluto speaks about the transformation of the soul, the inevitable transformation.
Neptune about consciousness, the change of ideals, of boundaries, through dissolution, and the imagining of something new.
Uranus about liberation and innovation
Jupiter about meaning, development, expansion and integration
Here we cannot take them separately, for it is observed in this configuration that they stand one after another, like stages of the same process.
It is also observed that Saturn, the one who would stabilize the structure, is missing from the configuration, yet it supports Neptune, for it is at 15° Aries. It is located between Neptune and Uranus. Here a story seems to be born behind the main one:
Saturn – concretization, taking responsibility, building a new structure.
And see how Saturn's presence between Neptune and Uranus seems very logical, because if one were to pass directly from Neptune to Uranus, there could be something like:
"I have a new ideal" → "I break everything."
But Saturn comes and says:
"No. Build first something that can sustain the change." for that is exactly Saturn's function, however it somehow stands on the sidelines and observes, like a teacher.
Looking from another angle, there are somehow two simultaneous orders:
The order of the planets – describes the stages of transformation.
The order of the houses – shows WHERE each stage unfolds in a person's life.
There would also be a third, in a sense, if we look at The order of the zodiac signs - shows HOW each stage unfolds in a person's life.
And translated into everyday Life, we could describe the flow of this energy thus:
Pluto – stops
Neptune – melts
Uranus – releases
Jupiter – integrates
Pluto dissolves old structures - You reach a point where you feel that you can no longer continue like that.
Neptune dissolves landmarks - You don't know what to believe in or what to lean on.
Uranus produces rupture and release - You begin to do things differently than you have until now.
Jupiter gives meaning and integrates the experience - You begin to understand why it was necessary to go through all of this, freeing yourself so you can move forward more easily.
The Sabian Symbols
I want to share with you what I discovered while researching: the Sabian Symbols of the degrees where the planets of the transformative cycle are, which I leave for you to meditate on the messages conveyed. They touched me greatly.
Pluto - AQUARIUS 5
AN ANCESTRAL COUNCIL.
You may find that you are strengthened by the wisdom of your ancestors. There is much wisdom already available through the experienced elders, and it is
what must be researched. [Inner knowing. The direct root from deeper sources of energy. Karmic connections with the past.]
Negative: Relying on something, or conservatism. Not being able to progress in step with the times. Needing the approval of others
for what you do.
Neptune - ARIES 5
A TRIANGLE WITH WINGS.
Rise above the ordinary, using your natural gifts to find a new perspective - a higher vision - to expand your consciousness. This may mean a fervor for spiritual integration or a capacity to escape from reality. Seek to stabilize your vision. [Inspiration and zeal.]
Negative: Ignoring your own earthly needs, or those of others.
Uranus - GEMINI 5
A RADICAL MAGAZINE CALLS TO ACTION, DISPLAYING A SENSATIONAL FRONT PAGE.
You have reasons to make a change and, although you might not be absolutely sure which direction you will take, you listen to the messages around you. Continue to look within yourself to find the necessary change of direction. Dramatizing your own situation leads to an exaggerated reaction, but doing nothing can lead to inertia. [The need for reform. A challenging perspective. A time to escape constraints.]
Negative: Being prone to quarrel.
Jupiter - LEO 5
ROCK FORMATIONS RISE ABOVE A DEEP CANYON.
You may find that the material structure of the situation is, on the one hand, carefully developed over time (it has an entire history), but on the other hand, it is right on the edge of a deep chasm. It seems there is no way back, moving forward is the only way out, and the solution may even be the 'leap into the void'. It may be a solitary journey, but you will discover new depths of the experience that you could only have imagined. [Old structures and deep risks.]
Negative: Being backed into a corner. Sometimes you have to choose: to take risks or to remain calm.
Where does your basket begin to sway?
And looking again at the shape it has, like a basket into which we've thrown everything... or a cradle in which our soul is overwhelmed by all we have thrown upon it, at this moment, that large red line at the top of the shape is as if it were telling us very clearly what we already know:
Nothing from the outside can enter to cleanse that sacred space, only we ourselves, through conscious actions that spring from within.
The cradle will settle in another place on each person's chart, and from there it will begin to move what, perhaps for years or even generations, has remained unseen. Look at your natal chart and see which areas are activated for you. Below you have an overview of the meanings of the houses in this context.
House I – Self
The cradle begins right within you. The image of who you believe you are, the masks you wear and the way you have defined yourself until now are shaken.
Perhaps it is no longer time to become someone else, but to stop being what you are not.
House II – Value
Everything you believed provided you security wavers, not just money, but also the value you attributed to yourself.
What do you carry with you because it truly serves you and what do you keep only out of fear of being left with nothing?
House III – Thinking
The cradle begins to move the way you think; old beliefs, words you heard in childhood, truths you never questioned can now come to the surface. It's time to put them under scrutiny.
House IV – The Roots
Here the basket is often the oldest: family, childhood, belonging, what you inherited without choosing.
In this house, what rises to the surface may have deep roots, sometimes beyond your own story - trust, enter the process with an open heart.
House V – The Heart
Forgotten desires come to light, postponed joys, wounds related to love, children or the right to create...
Perhaps you haven't lost your light... you just put it too deep into the basket and the dust of time gathered over it - have the courage to free it.
House VI – Daily Life
The cradle affects habits, work, the body and the rhythm in which you live; ways in which you may no longer be able to continue functioning merely out of duty.
The body begins to say what the soul has been silent about for too long. An inventory of all that this means in your life will bring you wonders.
House VII – Relationships
The other becomes the mirror, not to hurt you, but to show you what you still carry within you.
For even if you have the feeling that the relationship is falling apart, it is the image you had of love or of partnership.
The 8th House – Transformation
Here the cradle descends very deep... fears, losses, attachments, control, vulnerability.
All that has been hidden begins to ask for light - even if it may be very intense, trust that the path to yourself will show you the way forward.
The 9th House – Meaning
The way you understood the world, beliefs, life philosophies, ideals is being shaken - not to leave you without bearings, but to discover ones closer to your truth. Listen to what comes to you.
The 10th House – Your path in the world
The relationship with vocation, success and the place you occupy in society is set in motion.
The question is no longer just "What do I do?", but also "Why do I do what I do?"
The 11th House – The Future
The cradle touches the dreams, projects and the people you walk with; some directions may end, while others you didn't even dare imagine begin to take shape. Let the process flow.
The 12th House – The Unseen
Here the basket is the quietest, for it contains what you have forgotten, hidden, or perhaps never even realized.
When the cradle reaches here, it does not always bring answers, but it begins to illuminate the places the soul has kept in shadow.
Create conscious moments of connection with yourself.
And even in this energy, the Nodes' Axis will shift: for a year and a half, the North Node steps into the energy of Aquarius (right where Pluto is now, where this process begins) and the South Node into that of Leo (where Jupiter is, the planet that closes the cycle of transformation)... and all this with Mercury in apparent retrograde, through the sign of Cancer, bringing to the surface the themes of family, roots, the memory of the past that asks to be brought to the Light and worked on consciously.
May we have as smooth a passage as possible and always remember that our soul is always with us.
Precisely for that, small pauses during the day to connect with it, simply, and if you have time, you can create small moments of connection morning and evening, saying just this:
Dear soul, thank you for being with me, even though I am caught in all kinds of struggles, I remember that you are my essence, guide me.
Or you can formulate it however seems most fitting for you.
With love,
Gabriela - creator of Meaning
